  We’ve been with DHM for 2 years, and they’ve always been great to us. The houses we’ve been in have been of a very high standard, all our friends were jealous. Any time we had any problems they’ve been very efficient and friendly, usually coming round the same day. The handy men are brill, means we don’t have to wait around for private contractors. In fact, recently we asked them for a screwdriver, and within half an hour two men were at our door, and ended up putting our TV together for us! Simon’s always on the end of the phone and has been really helpful sorting us out moving from halls to private accommodation. We’re glad to have stayed with them for the past 2 years, and for those of us sticking around we’ll definitely be staying with them again!   

  We’ve found DHM Properties to be very friendly, easily approachable, and very quick to respond to any problems we’ve had (which haven’t been many!). The house was refurbished during the summer, and has been done up to such a high standard – it feels like more of a home than typical student digs! They’re so much better than previous agents we’ve dealt with, and would definitely recommend – we couldn’t ask for more!  

  Having rented with a number of landlords over a number of years we have to say that DHM properties are by far the best. We have been renting with DHM Properties for over 3 years and they have always been helpful and friendly and quick to sort out any problems that arise.
