  I have been with DHM for 2 years now & just signed for my third. I have never been with such incredible landlords. They are so great with communication & such a lovely family business. They are so so quick to deal with any issues, but we hardly have any because their properties are so well looked after & such a reasonable price! Can’t recommend Simon, Emily & Charlotte enough.  

  Cannot recommend DHM Properties enough! Myself and my partner rented with them in our final year of university and throughout the time Simon, the maintenance team, and everyone at DHM was fantastic. To start with, before even signing our property with DHM, Simon took me around some of the different properties I had enquired about and didn’t make me feel rushed whatsoever despite it being a busy period. He was happy to answer any questions and was transparent about time frames, rent payments, and any work that would be completed before moving in. Then during our tenancy the whole team responded quickly and friendly to any questions we had (big thanks to Emily for answering anything I emailed about!), and maintenance too were also really responsive (also a big thanks to Gaz who helped us sort anything we needed). The property itself was great - affordable and had a newly fitted kitchen with great appliances - and DHM also provided us with a desk and chest of drawers upon request. Then, upon leaving at the end of the tenancy, Simon and the team were great; they provided information on moving out and what to do upon leaving, and we received our deposit back promptly. DHM really did ensure that any concerns we had were answered and sorted, completely hassle-free, which makes a huge difference. They always had time to respond and it is clear that they do care about tenants and properties - thank you DHM!  

  I had been with DHM properties for two years out of 3 for my university course. I couldn’t recommend the company more. Extremely reliable, Simon and his team were nothing but amazing to me and my house mates, when ever there was a problem it would be solved instantly within the day. They really really looked after us and made my university experience! We had a fantastic 2 years in DHM properties and couldn’t thank Simon and the company more for looking after us so well and giving us such lovely homes!  

  I rented a professional property for 2 years through Simon. The rent prices were really reasonable, any issues were dealt with quickly and we were extremely happy with everything over the time we were there. Deposits were returned promptly too. Best experience with a letting agent in my 6 years in Leeds.  

  I have been a tenant with DHM Properties for over 10 years. All the staff are friendly and supportive. If there is a need for any maintenence they are very quick to respond and always provide a top notch service. Out of a number of letting agents I have experience of in Leeds they are by far the most professional and reliable. Definitely a five star service and highly recommended!  

  Currently rent a property from DHM, would highly recommend to anyone. Any issues I've ever had are sorted out straight away. I've rented several properties over the years and DHM is by far the best.  

  My partner and I were struggling to find a nice 2 bed house. every other agent felt like they were scaremongering us into accepting something that wasn't up to standard. Simon was great! Picked up the phone straight away and was massively helpful. knew everything off the top of his head and even managed to squeeze us in the same day around some other viewings. They clearly have a lot of experience and the whole team are very friendly and quick. The house is also in amazing condition and is very clearly well cared for. I would definitely recommend them!!

  I don’t think you’ll ever find a landlord anywhere quite like Simon. DHM are an absolute dream. I used DHM in my last year at uni and Simon found me a flat with very short notice when I was moving back to Leeds. They are quick to fix anything, are practical and genuinely place their renters at the heart of everything they do. Responses are quick and repairs are made at pace. They are simply wonderful, it's been great being with them for the past 5 years.  

  Was a tenant with DHM properties for 2 years, throughout that time they were really responsive, helpful and always willing to assist with any problems as soon as you had them! Always allowing your privacy as a tenant and there when needed. It was a pleasure to meet Simon and the team and thank you for making it a great 2 years!!  

  Lovely house and great location! Landlord was very helpful and responded straight away whenever there was an issue. When something needed fixing the landlord was told and the same today someone would come out to resolve the issue. Brilliant properties would definitely recommend.  

  The team at DHM Properties were amazing from the day we moved in until the very day we moved out, I really couldn’t recommend them any more! The very few issues that we had with our lovely house over this last year were pretty much always addressed the same day and no query or question was too big or small for any of the staff. Simon has been a great landlord throughout and I can’t thank him enough for being so welcoming and attentive! Thank you all for being so friendly and for making our last year at university such an enjoyable one!  

  Myself and my partner were tenants of DHM Properties for a little under 3 years in one of the flats advertised for 'professionals' as opposed to the student lettings they also have. Happy to say our time as their tenant was a breeze from start to finish. Any issues that arose with the flat/garage were met with a happy/helpful response when first brought to their attention and then dealt with in timely manner to a high standard. We also had 3 different neighbours in the flat above during our time in ours. All were pleasant, friendly and easy going. No nightmare neighbours (thank goodness!) so credit where it's due, when choosing their tenants. Family run business, plenty of experience and very professional service. If looking for a professional letting in/around Leeds, I highly recommend.

  There's lots that feels bittersweet about finishing University, but having to leave Leeds and stop renting from DHM is definitely up there! Simon was an incredibly supportive landlord not just through COVID but through plenty of house drama with unpredictable movings in and out making difficult situations much easier, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Problems were rectified almost immediately, and it was overall just a lovely three years and two houses from DHM! Thank you x  

  Simon and the team at DHM properties are absolutely amazing! We’ve rented with them for 2 years now and their properties have genuinely made our final year of university and first year of being working professionals even better! They’re so easy to get in touch with, any problems at all they are pretty much sorted on the same day or a few days after. The team at DHM always have time for you no matter how busy, and have genuinely been amazing throughout covid too! Each property was thoroughly cleaned before moving in and also redecorated to ensure it was at its best! If you want a landlord who looks after you and supplies you the best, then this is the place to go to.  

  Great property, great price, great service and great communication all provided by DHM. DHM have been the best agent I have had. They are extremely responsive and very friendly and approachable. We had no major issues with our property and any minors were attended to straight away. If you are looking for a new place I’d go straight to DHM! The property itself was in a very high standard and kept in great condition. Couldn’t recommend them enough!  

  DHM and Simon have been the perfect landlords. The house was spotless when we moved in with no issues - which is extremely rare in Leeds. They have been responsive, have immediately acted when repairs or issues were brought to them (often going above and beyond and fixing the same day), and have been a pleasure to rent from. Even a faulty dishwasher was fully replaced a matter of weeks before moving out. For the extremely high quality of housing, they are very affordable. If we weren’t graduating, we would have stayed in the house again. Thank you very much DHM for the perfect renting experience. You cannot find a better agent/landlord in Leeds so this review comes with the highest recommendation.  

  Thank you for all of your help and support this year, I have loved my time living in a DHM property, nothing has ever been too much trouble for Simon fixing a problem within hours of reporting it! Simon and his team went above and beyond to ensure our time in the property was the best it could be. It was a faultless experience and is no wonder Simon is frequently voted Landlord of the Year!   Been tenants of DHM for the last two years and have no complaints! Always friendly and professional and very quick to respond to any maintenance issues, sometimes visiting within hours even when non-urgent. Our house was finished to a really modern standard with brand new appliances. Really enjoyed living there and renting with them.

Not only do they provide beautiful, modern, clean and homely housing, they are extremely speedy with their responses in terms of maintenance and general queries. Couldn't have asked for a better landlord and property team, especially during my final year of Uni!  

  10/10, Excellent service from DHM and team. I have rented from Simon for the past two years and both properties have been of high quality. The team is always on hand to deal with any problems quickly and efficiently causing minimal disruption. I have been particularly impressed with how accommodating DHM properties are when moving into and out of properties making the process easy. Simon is an incredibly fair landlord and I have never had any problems with deposit returns or additional costs, unlike many of my friends with other student landlords in Leeds. Huge thanks to the team for a fantastic two years in your properties. Can't recommend enough!  

  By far the best letting agent I encountered during my time at Leeds. Simon and the team could not have made our tenancy any easier - nothing was too much trouble for them.   Brilliant Landlord. Any problem we had with the property and someone would be round within a day to fix it, property was well maintained and the landlord could not have been more helpful in managing it. Highly Recommend for students.  

  So I have stayed with Simon and his team for three years! It has been an absolutely flawless stay and I would recommend DHM for any student in Leeds!
