Your guide to Colton

Colton has a small town feel but with the benefit of being close to Leeds City Centre. The area is situated close to Junction 46 of the M1 and on the A63, making it easily accessible for travel. There are cricket clubs nearby which offer sporting activities for all the family and two local primary schools.

For shopping, there is Colton Retail Park which has a lot of main high street brands including a supermarket, pharmacy, discount stores andmuch more.

For somewhere to eat, there are nearby pubs and restaurants. Just down the road from Colton is The Springs, a large and modern shopping complex which opened in late 2018 offering a robust mix of brand-name stores, eateries, a gym and a cinema. For local travel, the nearest train station is in Crossgates, which is a mile up the A6120. Colton is also well connected on the local bus routes, with the majority of buses stopping just by the retail park.
