The 2021 Rate Your Landlord awards ceremony took place last week and we are pleased to announce we were awarded:

- Runner up in the Landlord of the Year category

- Runner up in the 10+ Properties category for the 5th consecutive year

We also have a fantastic score of 4.9/5 based solely from Leeds students

It was great to be able to celebrate together, in person this year, with other landlords/agencies and would like to congratulate everyone who won an award. Since the Rate Your Landlord scheme was launched 5 years ago, we have come in 1st or 2nd place so we must be doing something right!

2021 has proved to be a very challenging year for us as a business with the continuation of;

> local lockdowns

> social distancing and safety measures

> letting during a pandemic

> shortage in materials for refurbs

> student changeover happening as Leeds Covid rates peaked to an all time high etc etc

To have been nominated in these categories and awarded runner’s up is a great achievement, and despite not winning, we are very proud of our awards.

The whole team, from maintenance, to our contractors, to the office staff, have worked harder than ever and have gone above and beyond to ensure our tenants are happy, looked after and comfortable in their DHM home.

Most importantly, we would like to thank our tenants (both past and current) who kindly took the time to rate and review us. The reviews have all been positive and appreciative of the extra work we have had to put in to ensure everything runs as smooth as possible and it’s great that our efforts have not gone unnoticed.

Fingers crossed we are nominated again next year!
